Who We Are

As a volunteer, charitable, non-profit organization, the Friends of Kootenay National Park Association is dedicated to the protection, appreciation, education and understanding of the cultural and natural history of Kootenay National Park and its surrounding ecosystem, the Columbia River Valley.

The Friends support events and activities throughout the year: Junior Naturalist Program, Wild Voices Speaker Series, Sponsor a Bighorn Program, Knapweed Pull, Head Banger Trail Challenge Fund Raiser, Headbanger Tours ...
