What's Up - Wind Flower

Flower colour can vary from creamy white to reddish pink by Larry Halverson

Cut-leaf Anemone gets it name from the fact it’s leaves are divided into 3 leaflets which are divided again two or three more times. It is also called Wind Flower because the silky-wooly seeds borne in these egg- shape seed heads that are easily air-lifted along the mountain slopes to grow in new places.
